For the past 4 months QWeb have been working to rebuild Goal Organiser, formally an Interlaunch website.
There's still some work to be done before the new website is exactly as planned, but it's now ready for public use at last.

QWeb just experienced a slight network hiccup whilst adding some security modules in preparation for the previously mentioned invitation only web hosting tool. As a result, none of the websites hosted here could be accessed for about 10 minutes.
